How long does it take to create a virtual tour?

The timeline for creating a virtual tour depends on the size of the property, the number of floors and complexity of the space.

An average shop or restaurant usually takes up to an hour to shoot and a day to deliver.

The biggest properties like a stadium or a university could take days to shoot and a month to deliver.

What equipment do you use for 360-degree photography?

We use high-spec Canon cameras with a fish eye lens and panoramic adaptors to capture state-of-the-art, industry leading 360-degree images.

Almost all of our competitors cut corners by using Matterport or Insta360 cameras. Producing very poor image quality and skipping on editing or fixing issues all together in their tours.

Can I embed the virtual tour on my website?

Yes, we provide embed codes and free guildance for easy integration of the virtual tour on your website. This will enable you to enhance your online presence with this interactive feature.

Can I have a tour with interactive media embedded in it?

Yes!

We can create a highly customisable tour for you that includes interactive media such as menus, photos, videos and information.

You can even have a customised menu around the screen and navigation options to fast-track around the virtual tour.

This option does come with an additional fee of £250 and requires a web host such as AWS.

How much does a Google Street View virtual tour cost?

To make things simple, our virtual tours are £18 per 360 image created.

A 360 image is created every 3-5 steps around your property, covering every space open to the public.

The total cost of the tour depends entirely on the size of your property.

There is no VAT.

The cost of a real estate property tours is often directly affected by the property size and the cost of the property itself.

Value of property under £999,999 = 0.1% tour cost

Valued between £1mill - £2,499,999 = 0.03% tour cost

How much does a 360 Video cost?

Video production cost for a normal video is complicated enough.

To make it easier though we go by a rate of £250 per day.

This includes filming and editing only.

We can offer pre-production assistance to help develop your idea into a 360 experience for an optional £250 per day.

We are unable to cater to lighting, sound, casting, producing, directing, or any other aspects of production.
